I absolutely adored the charming decor and the historic ambiance of Residenza Fabroni. The original furniture from the early twentieth century added a touch of nostalgia and elegance to the entire place. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the hotel had a lift, making it easily accessible for those with mobility concerns. It was such a relief not to have to climb any stairs after a long day of exploring the beautiful town of Montepulciano.

I would have loved if the hotel had a spa or wellness center. After a day of sightseeing, it would have been marvelous to indulge in a relaxing massage or some rejuvenating treatments.

All the staff was great, settled my issues. Booked a room with sofa.

Where was elevator?.

The morning meal could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

Design of the rooms looked great, rooms themselves were tastefully decorated and fabulous. Marvelous and awesome breakfast in the bar was a nice touch. The hotel was in a perfectly comfortable location near to shopping Tuscany.

The room is damp.

As longer term business travellers, we loved the historic and well-maintained rooms. The rooftop terrace offered an amazing view. The location in the heart of the city was perfect.

Residenza Fabroni is my go-to place in Montepulciano. The staff, who once helped me find my lost ID card, are always friendly. With amenities like Wi-Fi, outdoor dining area, and a coffee shop, it suits me perfectly. I keep coming back for holiday!

Wonderful host, delicious breakfast, beautiful views, excellent parking space, great character of apartment, spacious and comfortable.

Our standard king suite with great views and bathrooms and every comfort was fabulous. There were a microwave oven, a fridge, and glassware upon arrival.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the city center with all the sights within walking distance. You can easily explore the city and its attractions without any need for transportation. there is a great restaurant nearby recommended by the host, where you can indulge in delicious Italian cuisine.

It's worth mentioning that there are no elevators in the building, so be prepared to carry your luggage up some stairs.

The Terrace: The highlight of my stay was definitely the terrace on the top floor. With its 360-degree view, it felt like I was on top of the world, sipping a glass of wine and gazing out at the enchanting Valdichiana region. It was like being in a painting.

While my stay at Residenza Fabroni was truly wonderful, I do have one small suggestion for a better vacation experience for senior travelers. It would have been ideal if the staff could have provided more assistance to seniors, considering their specific needs and preferences.
