I absolutely adored the charming decor and the historic ambiance of Residenza Fabroni. The original furniture from the early twentieth century added a touch of nostalgia and elegance to the entire place. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the hotel had a lift, making it easily accessible for those with mobility concerns. It was such a relief not to have to climb any stairs after a long day of exploring the beautiful town of Montepulciano.
I would have loved if the hotel had a spa or wellness center. After a day of sightseeing, it would have been marvelous to indulge in a relaxing massage or some rejuvenating treatments.

I really enjoyed the charming and historic decor of the hotel. The original furniture from the early twentieth century added such character and made me feel like I was stepping back in time. The common areas were spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing and socializing with other guests. As a senior woman, I appreciated the fact that the hotel was easily accessible, with no stairs to climb and convenient facilities.
One thing that I would suggest for a better vacation experience for senior people is to have a handrail installed in the bathroom. This small addition would provide extra support and stability, especially for those with mobility issues.

Our stay at Residenza Fabroni exceeded our expectations. The value for money was exceptional, and the room was spacious with a beautiful view of the Tuscany countryside. The location was ideal, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience, from providing local recommendations to making us feel welcome with special drinks and a delicious breakfast.
The morning meal could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

Design of the rooms looked great, rooms themselves were tastefully decorated and fabulous. Marvelous and awesome breakfast in the bar was a nice touch. The hotel was in a perfectly comfortable location near to shopping Tuscany.
The staff we met were not so helpful.

Residenza Fabroni was an absolute delight to stay at during my time in Montepulciano. The hotel's old-family house exudes charm and history, making it a unique and unforgettable experience. The beautiful decoration, with its original furniture from the early twentieth century, added a touch of elegance to the entire property. As a senior woman, I appreciated how accessible the hotel was. The staff was always ready to assist me with any needs, and the general areas of the hotel were easy to navigate, allowing me to move around comfortably.
If I were to ask for one improvement for a better vacation for senior people, it would be for the children working at the hotel to provide more consistent communication. While the overall experience was fantastic, there were moments when I felt a lack of responsiveness and timely assistance.

Residenza Fabroni is my go-to place in Montepulciano. The staff, who once helped me find my lost ID card, are always friendly. With amenities like Wi-Fi, outdoor dining area, and a coffee shop, it suits me perfectly. I keep coming back for holiday!

The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the city center with all the sights within walking distance. You can easily explore the city and its attractions without any need for transportation. there is a great restaurant nearby recommended by the host, where you can indulge in delicious Italian cuisine.
It's worth mentioning that there are no elevators in the building, so be prepared to carry your luggage up some stairs.

The Terrace: The highlight of my stay was definitely the terrace on the top floor. With its 360-degree view, it felt like I was on top of the world, sipping a glass of wine and gazing out at the enchanting Valdichiana region. It was like being in a painting.
Limited Parking.

Residenza Fabroni is a charming establishment, perfect for senior travelers like myself. The hotel's decoration exudes a sense of history and elegance, with its original furniture from the early twentieth century. The common areas are beautifully maintained, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. I especially enjoyed spending time in the living room, which showcases the rich heritage of Montepulciano through its dedicated display to Arcangelo Venturi, the former mayor of the town. The accessibility of the hotel is commendable, as it is conveniently located in the historic center of Montepulciano, making it easy for us seniors to explore the town and its nearby attractions.
While my stay at Residenza Fabroni was truly wonderful, I do have one small suggestion for a better vacation experience for senior travelers. It would have been ideal if the staff could have provided more assistance to seniors, considering their specific needs and preferences.
